Pendra Cottage is well appointed, with all modern conveniences. It will comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Ground Floor:
Entrance hallway leading to the cosy lounge, with TV, DVD, WiFi. Two double sofas and window seat. Also there is a feature wood burning stove.
Dining room with seating for 6, with French doors leading to the rear garden
Kitchen, complete with washing machine, microwave, and gas hob with electric oven. Fridge Freezer.
First Floor:
Bathroom with basin, bath (and shower over bath) and WC.
Master bedroom with double bed.
Twin room with twin beds
Bunk Room with bunk beds.
Travel cot and high chair are available at the property
Outside:
To the front of the property there is off road parking for one car (street parking available also). To the rear is a small private decked area and a raised lawned area.
The rear garden is complete with a small lawn, BBQ, table, parasol and chairs. Perfect to relax at the end of the day with your favourite tipple !
All bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are provided, but guests need to provide their own beach towels.
We regret that pets and smoking are not permitted in the property.
